These are the terms for using FreeGiftGrabber.com. By registering an account, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to register. By creating an account, you're confirming both of those are true.

2. Your account

• The name, email, and address you provide need to be accurate — samples get mailed to the address on file, and we're not responsible for items that go to the wrong place because the information you gave us was wrong.
• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to claim more than the intended limit of a sample is a violation of these terms.

3. How the sample program works

• No purchase necessary. Nothing on this site requires you to buy anything to claim a listed sample.
• Samples are offered by participating brands, in limited quantities, while supplies last. A sample being listed doesn't guarantee it will still be available when you go to claim it, or that it will remain available after you claim it, if the brand runs out before fulfilling it.
• Limit as stated on each listing (typically one per person, per sample).
• We facilitate the request; the listed brand is generally responsible for producing, packing, and shipping the actual item, and for the item itself once it ships. Shipping times vary by brand and aren't guaranteed by us.
• We reserve the right to remove a listing, cancel a claim, or limit participation if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse (e.g., fake addresses, bulk automated claiming).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Provide false registration or shipping information.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to register accounts or claim samples.
• Resell samples obtained through this site as new/unused retail goods where that would violate the brand's own terms.
• Attempt to access another user's account or interfere with the site's normal operation.

5. Intellectual property

The FreeGiftGrabber name, site design, and code are owned by us or our licensors. Brand names, logos, and product images belong to their respective brands and appear here to identify their offers, not as an endorsement of FreeGiftGrabber by those brands unless separately stated.

6. Disclaimers

The site and the samples offered through it are provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any specific sample will remain available, ship within a particular timeframe, or match every detail of its listing — listings come from participating brands and we pass along what they tell us.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeGiftGrabber isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a sample you receive through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount (if any) you've paid us — which, since the service is free, will typically be $50.

This limitation doesn't apply where it can't be limited by law (for example, liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, depending on your state).

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the "My data" panel. We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, in particular the acceptable-use section above.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We'll update the effective date above when we do; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.

10. Governing law

[State/jurisdiction to be specified by the business] law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
